My Story: From Striving to Self-Aligned

Hi, I’m Sara, a Certified Neuroplastician and Cognitive Rewiring Coach.

I help high-capacity, growth-oriented women understand how their brain is wired so they can move out of overthinking, reconnect with clarity and calm, and feel aligned on the inside, not just successful on the outside.

For nearly two decades, I climbed the corporate ladder at Deloitte Consulting, leading high-performing teams and checking every box of what “success” was supposed to look like. From the outside, my life made sense. Inside, something felt off. I wasn’t living. I was performing.

Then the identities I had built my sense of safety around began to fall away. I lost my brother to Covid. My marriage ended unexpectedly. And after 18 years, the career I had anchored myself to was suddenly gone.

It was disorienting. It forced me to slow down in ways I never had before.

What I came to understand is that my brain had learned to equate achievement, responsibility, and constant motion with safety. Those patterns had kept me functioning, but they had also kept me disconnected, anxious, and stuck in survival mode.

So I turned inward. I became my own first client.

Through neuroscience, hypnotherapy, and the study of neuroplasticity, I learned how to work with my brain instead of against it. I focused on creating safety first. From that place, clarity, confidence, and choice began to return naturally.

I didn’t become a new version of myself.
I came home to who I already was.

Now, I help other high-capacity women do the same. Not because they need fixing, but because their nervous system is ready for a different way of moving through life.

When you understand how your brain actually works, growth stops feeling like pressure and starts feeling like alignment.

If something in your life looks fine but doesn’t feel true anymore, it may be a signal that something deeper wants your attention. You may simply be ready to rewire what safety, success, and self-trust look like for you.

My Coaching Philosophy:

Rewiring Smarter, Not Harder

I work with high-capacity women who are capable, driven, and used to performing at a high level, yet feel mentally overloaded or quietly out of alignment. Not because they lack discipline or motivation, but because their brain has been operating in patterns that once created safety and no longer fit.

My approach blends neuroscience and self-awareness in a way that is practical, grounded, and deeply human. I use neuroscience-based coaching, hypnotherapy, and neuroplasticity tools to help the brain feel supported enough to loosen old patterns and regain access to choice.

This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about understanding how your system has been working and learning to relate to it differently.

It is not about pushing for change. It is about creating the conditions where change can emerge naturally.

Through brain-based frameworks, subconscious pattern work, and data-informed insight, I help clients move out of mental overdrive and into a way of living that feels intentional, regulated, and self-directed.

Your brain is not the obstacle. It is the pathway forward.

Why This Work Is Different

I didn’t take a traditional path into coaching.
I took the one that helped me understand how change actually happens from the inside out.

My work is grounded in lived experience, applied neuroscience, and rigorous professional training. I bring both depth and discernment to this work, not to push transformation, but to support it in a way that is ethical, evidence-based, and human.

Let’s Rewire Your Story, Gently

Your next chapter doesn’t require starting over.

You’ve read my story. You’ve seen how change can unfold when the brain feels supported. What comes next is an invitation, not a demand.

If you’re feeling mentally cluttered, quietly misaligned, or simply curious about a different way forward, I’m here to help you understand the patterns shaping your experience and create space for something more aligned to emerge.

This work is not about forcing change or becoming someone new. It is about rewiring forward with clarity, calm, and self-trust.

When you understand how your brain works, growth stops feeling like effort and starts feeling natural.
